A Sciatica cure?

 Is there a sciatica cure?  I would certainly like to find out.  I’ve been doing numerous researches to see if I could find anyone who has stated that they have found a cure.  I’ve found quite a few sites that offer a sciatica cure, but when I begin to read further, it’s more like a treatment.  Not necessarily something that says if you do this for this amount of time, you will be cured.  Nope, I’m not really finding that anywhere so far. 

I’ve found sites listing a sciatica cure, and then labeling out the various protocols that you will need to follow to make this work.  One of those protocols was donating money to their cause.  Guess I’ll have to pass on that one.  There are others that offer exercises for sciatica and state that you will need to complete the entire exercise plan that they have along with a change in one’s diet and basically overall lifestyle.  These sites are more given to a holistic method of treatment vs. a more pharmaceutical method.  They do not necessarily boast about having a sciatica cure, but they are very proud of the fact that many of their clients don’t have to return to utilize them any longer.

I think I probably like the holistic view better than all the others that I’ve seen.  Mostly because they don’t necessary say they have cured you, but if you don’t go back, I would say that’s a sciatica cure of some proportion.  I’m sure that our environment, the foods we eat and the amount of stress that we are under play a role in any illness.  I don’t believe sciatica is any different. 

But bottom line is almost link that offered any kind of sciatica relief, is stating that they have a sciatica cure.  Yes, even the acupuncturist and the acupressure specialist.  They all believe that they have found that sciatica cure.  And all you have to do is utilize their products or their services.  There are a couple more out there that state the only sciatica cure is surgery.  These I’m not too big on.  While I recognize that some cases of sciatica are way worse than others, I’m all for alternative methods.  Now let me be crystal clear, each individual should see a doctor to see if they have sciatica.  Just because you think you have it doesn’t mean that you do.  Once the doctor diagnoses sciatica, listen closely to the doctor’s instructions and explanation.  Some patients think they have sciatica and they don’t, others may not have it as severally as they could.  So be sure that you have been medically diagnosed.  Then the doctor can determine just how bad you’re sciatica is.  If it’s severe then your sciatica cure is going to be surgery more than likely.  If it’s minor, caught in the early stages, do a happy dance because you may just get to experience a sciatica cure more than likely called exercise.
