Sciatic nerve pain can be awful. I know because I’ve had it. Most of the time you get it from sitting down too much. The human body was made to move around not to sit in one place for extended periods of time.
When you have pain like that it’s natural to want to rest up, but I’m going to suggest something contrary. You should move around. Go for a walk. Take it slow. Rest when you need to, but get out and move. Also get some form of alternative therapy, my favorites are massage, of course, and acupuncture. Combine those with walking daily and your pain should go away.
