My Friend And His Exercises For Sciatica
I recently had a friend who was diagnosed with sciatica. Being that he has always been pretty active, it was a difficult diagnosis for him to deal with. After spending time researching what it meant to have sciatica, he thought he would go back to trying some options that were natural. One of his top picks was doing exercises for sciatica. I think I laughed for about 20 minutes, when I was done, my stomach hurt so bad, it felt like I had just done 500 sit ups. Oh man, let me tell you it was hard to control.
But my friend is a trooper and a true believer in making sure that if he has to do something, he does it 100% right. And so he listened to his doctor and began doing yoga. His doctor said do exercises for sciatica and that is exactly what he did. And do you know what he told me. He said that his back never felt better. He wondered why it took him so long to try yoga, even though it made him look like a giant idiot, his back felt so much better. And he actually has started to enjoy his morning yoga.
